Assistant Head of Estates – Interim to Permanent London
£45,000 – £50,000 – tbc plus full benefits package
My client is a charitable organisation which has a mixed and large portfolio across the UK.
Due to the volume of work the Director is seeking to recruit an experienced property professional who would assist him in the day to day portfolio management of the commercial and retail sites, which will include a range of responsibilities for both the existing assets and those coming into and leaving the portfolio.
Candidates will manage a small team of qualified surveyors and therefore line management / HR experience is required.
This is an urgent requirement and therefore my client is seeking an interim person for the role with a view to this position becoming permanent, should the individual wish to join this lovely organisation on a long-term basis.
