Assistant Facilities Manager

Beach Baker is currently working with a global Property & Facilities consultancy to recruit an Assistant Facilities Manager to support in providing FM services to a portfolio of buildings based primarily in the City of London.

The main duties of the role will include:

  • Day to day management of FM issues as they arise
  • H&S compliance (audits, risk management, reporting)
  • Sustainability compliance (meter readings, recharges, liaison with utility providers and power brokers)
  • Contractor management (KPI’s, service delivery)
  • Service charge budgets (raising of purchase orders, tracking of spend)
  • Tenant liaison

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in a similar Assistant FM or FM Coordinator position, with a good knowledge of the sector and strong communication skills.
