Beach Baker is delighted to be instructed by a leading and long-established institution in Bristol who is looking to recruit an in-house Assistant Project Manager.

You will be working within an established Capital Projects team assisting in delivering key strategic building projects and programmes within the capital portfolio, many of which are on listed and historic buildings.

The ideal candidate must have a construction or surveying degree (or equivalent) with at least 2-years’ experience working for a consultancy, client-side or public sector organisation. The hiring manager is happy to consider candidates from a project management, building surveying or quantity surveying background.

This is a fixed term contract position for 6 to 9 months’ however it is possible this will be extended or become permanent.
