Job Title: Junior/Assistant Building Surveyor

Salary: £22,000 – £30,000 (Dependent on experience)

Location: Brentwood, Essex

Our client, an award winning building contractor, are looking for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their Essex office. This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join a firm that supplies building contracting services throughout the UK covering Industrial, Commercial, Education and Restoration sectors.

As Junior/Assistant Building Surveyor, you will assist the team in all areas of work to provide delivery on time and within budget. You will provide traditional building surveying services, including dilapidations, party wall, due diligence surveys, building pathology, condition surveys, measured surveys, reinstatement cost assessments and project management of small works. Your main responsibilities will include:

As Junior/Assistant Building Surveyor, you will have will have an understanding of construction processes, process of dilapidations, party wall matters. You will have some experience of undertaking building surveys for due diligence and working on building projects.
