Assistant Building Surveyor – APC support – London

Are you a Graduate Building Surveyor with over 12 months’ experience, who is keen to pass their APC? Would you like to work for a leading practice in central London?

A leading international practice has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Building Surveyor for their established London office. This firm have expertise across a range of sectors and specialisms, and pride themselves on their holistic approach in overseeing projects from inception to completion.

The successful candidate will gain experience working small to medium size projects within the Commercial, Education and Healthcare sectors. Full support will be provided for individuals working towards their APC, enabling them to become a chartered Surveyor as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The London office is also in a fantastic central location.

We are seeking graduates (with a RICS-accredited construction degree), with preferably 12 to 18 months’ experience gained in a similar practice. The role will include managing client meetings, preparing tender reports, specification writing and survey inspections. Consequently, the candidate must be confident in working both autonomously and within a team.

In return, on offer is a salary of £20,000 – £30,000 + a competitive range of benefits, including private medical insurance, life assurance and company-paid professional subscription + excellent progression opportunities.
