Assistant Building & Facilities Officer

Our client is seeking an experienced Building & Facilities Officer to assist with the management for 3 major sites in the Market Harborough area. You will be responsible for day to day management of cleaning, maintenance, security, concierge services whilst ensuring Health & Safety compliance. You will also manage the planned maintenance programmes and minor project works.

Previous facilities management experience is essential as is a proven background in budget and contractor management. You will ideally hold a Health & Safety qualification.

This is a 6 month contract.
