As an integral member of the in-house management team of a particular site within this organisations portfolio, you will be responsible for all occupiers within 1 geographical site (circa 50).
The role will cover aspects such as rent reviews, lease renewals, valuations, agency and work with the organisations chosen outsourced property consultancy in handling occupier requests for modifications/alterations.
You will also work closely with the finance team in preparing monthly reports ensuring high quality performance measurement and reporting on responsible property investment activities.
This is an autonomous role that will see the successful candidate work with some market leading, innovative and household name organisations in 1 site. You will be the go to person on all property matters and have the support of both a highly skilled management team as well as a global outsourced property consultancy.
