An interesting opportunity has arisen with a highly respected firm, which asset manages in excess of £800m commercial assets.

The firm offer an exciting opportunity within the Asset Management department in which you will be provided with your own set of instructions and portfolio to manage from day one. You will be working in an autonomous role but in a department full of like-minded individuals, who strive to provide a quality asset management service.

The role will involve the asset management of a national portfolio, providing Asset Management advice on; Lease renewals and surrenders, dilapidated negotiation, property litigation and tenant breaks and Investment performance analysis

The suitable candidate will be MRICS qualified with at least 1 year PQE, from ideally, an Asset Management or Agency background.
