Asset Manager – Investment

As Asset Manager within the Investment team you will assist with the development and implementation of this leading property owners investment strategy and deliver systems for effective investment management.

This organisations investment portfolio includes in excess of 700 assets across a number of disciplines including office and industrial as well as development land and valued in excess of £200million capital value.

The current team of 8 is growing from a strategic perspective and are seeking a proven asset manager with demonstrable experience of L&T, Valuation and Investment.

You will undertake and lead proactive Investment management initiatives to ensure portfolio performance improvements are delivered at the earliest opportunity or in line with longer term goals.

As an experienced Chartered Surveyor, a self-starter, with the ability to identify opportunities to add value through lease restructures, re-gears or other proactive asset management interventions. In addition, the successful candidate will have a good understanding and experience of undertaking property management work for a major investor, occupier or consultancy.
