Asset and Development Manager – Bristol

Beach Baker are delighted to have been exclusively instructed to recruit for an Asset & Development Manager, on behalf of an independent developer and operator of niche assets across the UK. The role will encompass a wide range of General Practice work including the management of the existing portfolio and further supplementing it from strategic acquisitions. Working with and reporting into the Development Director, work will include:

• Identifying and acquiring suitable sites, suitable for development of new assets
• Managing the preparation of planning applications
• Managing the existing Leasehold and Freehold portfolio
• Preparing and analysing new and existing leases

A fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 4 years post qualification experience who is looking to widen their development experience in an autonomous role with an organisation, who have an established name within their market. A working knowledge of town planning would be preferred. Surveyors with a wish to relocate to the area will also be considered.
