Area Manager

Our client is a leading provider within the retirement sector. Due to expansion, we are currently seeking several Area Managers to oversee the delivery of all estates services and to ensure all residents are happy.

The role

  • Oversee local facilities contracts such as Gardening and window cleaning.
  • Work with the team to arrange snagging, maintenance and repairs.
  • Manage and oversee national facilities contracts, for example: Lift servicing and Electrical equipment maintenance contracts.
  • Work with the team to recruit and train on site staff.
  • Manage and support on site staff.
  • Produce annual resident’s reports.
  • Regularly visit each site.
  • Ensure H&S compliance.

The successful candidates will have previous ‘hands on’ residential property management experience. You will have a proven background in managing multi-sites, leading a team, managing P&L budgets and report writing.

This is a home based, permanent role with regular travel. Please note this role will require you to be ‘on call’ and to regularly work outside of standard business hours.
