Job Title: Graduate/APC Building Surveyor

Salary: £21,000 – £26,000 (Dependent on experience)

Location: Leeds

Our client, a leading Real Estates Management firm, are looking for an APC Building Surveyor to join their Leeds office. Established over 100 years, our client specialises in a variety of different sectors and has an ever growing client list consisting of many household names. This is an excellent opportunity in to be involved in a wide range of prestigious and interesting projects whilst completing your APC.

They require an APC Building Surveyor to help assist the Building Consultancy team with varying areas of work to provide delivery of projects on time and within budget. As APC Building Surveyor, you will provide building surveying services, including dilapidations, party wall, due diligence surveys, building pathology, condition surveys and measured surveys.

The successful candidate will have understanding of construction processes, process of dilapidations and party wall matters. You will be experienced in undertaking building surveys for due diligence and working on building projects. You will also have worked in a Building Surveying practice and have a minimum 6 months’ APC experience and hold a RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying
