Building and project consultancy Paragon is currently delivering project monitoring services on developments across the UK and Europe with a total construction value (TCV) of approximately £5bn.
This represents close to a £2bn increase in the TCV of projects being monitored by Paragon within just two years.
The consultancy is advising on a diverse range of instructions including monitoring some of the Europe’s highest residential buildings with construction values of around £350m.
In addition, Paragon is acting on large estates in both the open market and residential care sectors, as well as on significant logistics and industrial complexes. Paragon is unable to name the developments due to confidentiality reasons.
Founded in 2009, Paragon is one of the UK’s largest independent building and project consultancies, employing nearly 200 people across offices in London, Esher, Manchester, Edinburgh and Bristol.
Around 50 of Paragon’s wider team are involved in delivering project monitoring services to its client portfolio. This includes project management and quantity surveying services for initial appraisals and subsequent on-site monitoring.
