Despite the uncertainty, the commercial property market in London remained remarkably resilient since the U.K. decided to leave the European Union in 2016. Overseas investors remain confident about the capital, and investment in the Central London office market has soared since the result of the General Election in December. This confidence is set to remain for the year ahead.

John Woodman, Senior Partner, Hollis, said: “Increased confidence and investment in the London property market can only be a good thing. We expect to see a rise in transactions across various property sectors, with industrial and logistics, and offices doing well again this year.”

“We could not be more pleased to welcome Matthew, Barry and Tom to the team in London.”
