London Clancy have recently disposed of the leasehold interest of Unit 9-10 Brickfield Industrial Estate, Chandlers Ford for a headline rent of £48,000 per annum.
Aquavitrum Limited have leased the unit for the continued growth of their business.
The building comprises of a ground floor industrial space of 3,132 sq ft, with 3,140 sq ft of first floor office space, for a total of 6,272 sq ft.
London Clancy acted on behalf of a private landlord.
