Planning approved for 400,000 sq ft of commercial space at Roseland Business Park, Newark

22 acres of development land are soon to be delivered at Roseland Business Park, with outline planning consent being granted for South Street Capital to build B1, B2 and B8 industrial units. The consent provided will allow for an additional 400,000 sq ft of commercial space, with the capacity to deliver 250,000 sq ft in a single unit. Roseland Business Park being able to offer various Design & Build opportunities.

Roseland Business Park is situated centrally in the UK with immediate access to the A1 dual carriageway, it is sited in Long Bennington on the western side of the A1 between Newark and Grantham.
