Independent property consultancy GBR Phoenix Beard has expanded its building consultancy division with the addition of Michael Brown as a director. Mr Brown joins from Knight Frank where he was head of the building consultancy team in Birmingham for 5 ½ years. He brings over 20 years’ experience in building surveying for clients across a diverse range of industry sectors including fund management, automotive retail, marine, manufacturing, defence, health and education. His track record in office, industrial and retail developments across the UK offers a good fit with GBR Phoenix Beard’s expanding client base.
Michael will play a key role in developing GBR Phoenix Beard’s building consultancy services across the London and Birmingham offices, and will work closely with the management team to grow this part of the business.
