New agent line-up appointed on key Nottingham business park

Leading property consultants Commercial Property Partners LLP (CPP) have been appointed alongside FHP to promote the final three plots at the well-established Blenheim Park in Nottingham, on behalf of Wilson Bowden Developments.

Situated north west of Nottingham city centre the scheme provides direct links to Junction 26 of the M1 motorway, approximately 2 miles away, and is circa 4.5 miles north west of Nottingham City Centre.

The estate already boasts several occupiers, including Culina, DHL, Muller, Renault Trucks, The Health Store, Bunzl, Morrells, and DPD.

Wilson Bowden’s Blenheim Park is a 30-acre industrial development which extends the existing 60-acre Blenheim Industrial Estate in north west Nottingham.

In Spring 2018, Wilson Bowden completed construction of a new £12m purpose-built distribution centre on Blenheim Park. The unit is a 60,000 sq ft state of the art warehouse and office facility for DPD. Now that it is fully operational, it has seen the creation of up to 100 new jobs.

The final three plots total 7.7 acres, upon which units from 18,000 – 70,000 sq ft can be delivered on a Design and Build basis, enabling buildings to be tailored to suit specific end user requirements.

Sean Bremner, Partner at CPP commented: “We are delighted to have been appointed to promote the final three design and build plots upon Blenheim Park.

“The estate has proved a popular choice for Nottingham occupiers seeking new premises with the added cost incentive of a position outside the Nottingham Workplace Parking Levy. We look forward to reporting further success.”

Tim Gilbertson at FHP commented “It’s is good to have CPP on board to work with us on this scheme which we have been involved with since its inception.

“Over the years a number of existing Nottingham companies and indeed those from further afield have relocated to Blenheim to take advantage of its terrific transport links and, as Sean mentions, a position outside of the workplace parking levy.”

“I am sure as a team we can encourage further interest and drum up more deals shortly.”

Henry Henson at Wilson Bowden commented “We welcome CPP on board and look forward to working with them in completing the development.”
