New industrial & trade counter development well under way in Derby

L-R: Hannah Bailey of CWC Group, Tim Richardson and Anthony Barrowcliffe of FHP Property Consultants.

Construction is progressing well at the new Crown Park Industrial Estate on the western side of Derby City Centre.

The scheme is being developed by CWC Group and agents FHP Property Consultants are offering the buildings either for sale or to let. Two units are already under offer, one to a national trade counter operator, and there is a good level of interest in the remaining units.

Sizes available are from 4,426 sq ft to 17,814 sq ft finished to an excellent standard within a secured managed estate.

Tim Richardson from FHP Property Consultants comments:

“The units are due for completion at the end of February 2020 and will provide a really good high quality environment in a convenient location off the ring road. The buildings are available either to lease or to buy and we shall be pleased to provide any further details or plans to interested parties. It is difficult to find commercial premises to buy in and around Derby and therefore this offers a unique opportunity to acquire your own premises. Many company owners buy such premises via their pension scheme which provides an efficient way of funding a purchase whilst investing for their retirement.”
