Latest lettings reinforce Huntingdon’s ‘hub’ appeal

The latest commercial lettings in Huntingdon confirmed by Barker Storey Matthews (now part of Eddisons) reinforce the profile of the town’s established industrial trading locations, according to the property agent.

Acting as the sole agent under the landlord’s instruction, Barker Storey Matthews has recently let an end of terrace industrial unit of 432.6 sq m (4,656 sq ft) with offices on St Margaret’s Way, overlooking Stonehill, at Stukeley Meadows Industrial Estate.

Over at St Peter’s Road, DULUX is the new trade counter occupier of a 537 sq m (5,781 sq ft) unit at 8 The Bridge Centre, Huntingdon where Barker Storey Matthews was the local agent instructed jointly with the London-based managing agents. The paint specialist joins other trade counter occupiers including Screwfix, Topps Tiles and Just Tyres.
