Construction begins for Ampfield courtyard office development

Developers Rivendale Homes have commenced construction of a new 10,500 sqft office development at Ampfield, Romsey, with the 5 new offices due to be complete in Summer 2020 and available through the joint agents Keygrove Chartered Surveyors and Primmer Olds BAS.

Primmer Olds BAS Director Patrick Mattison says “Sleepy Hollow Business Park, Ampfield Hill will be a new high quality courtyard office development consisting of 5 individual 2 storey offices ranging in size between 1,350 – 2,850 sqft, each self-contained with own entrance and facilities set within landscaped grounds. The offices have been designed to be in-keeping with their rural surroundings but with a contemporary blend demonstrated by feature gable end glazing giving excellent levels of natural light and there is ample car parking for at least 28 spaces.”

Keygrove Director Andrew Archibald commented “The office park is located on the north side of Ampfield Hill, conveniently between Romsey, Winchester and Chandlers Ford with access to the M27 at Junction 3 and the M3 at Junction 12. Demand from businesses for offices between 1,000-3,000 sqft remains strong, particularly from those looking to buy and we therefore envisage these 5 new offices being very well received by the market.”

Jason Wilkinson of Rivendale Homes commented “We are very pleased to be working with Primmer Olds BAS and Keygrove again following our successful office development at Old Farm Court, Rownhams earlier in the year.”
