Specialist property advisor, Christie & Co have brokered a new 10-year lease on the 4-Star Bailbrook Lodge Hotel, an 18th century dower house hotel in the world heritage city of Bath.
The hotel will undertake a seamless transition into the OYO brand, a move that represents the global hotel companies’ first foray into the buoyant Bath hotel marketplace.
The previous lease holders have built an enviable reputation for quality and service at the hotel, which has 15 guest bedrooms, a plethora of off-road parking and boasts a location just a few moments from the city centre.
