First letting announced at Adanac North as the steelwork is erected

Construction of Oceanic Estates’ new business park at Adanac Park, M271, Nursling, Southampton is well underway with most of the steelwork for the new buildings already erected and the first letting has already been announced with Southampton based Marineguard Systems signing up to take a new lease of the 5,016 sqft Unit F1.

The letting agents Keygrove Chartered Surveyors and Lambert Smith Hampton are offering 17 new business units to lease ranging in sizes from 3,434 – 76,985 sq ft at rents of £10 per sq ft per annum and they are also reporting strong interest in a number of other units.

Andrew Archibald of Keygrove says “this is good news for the regional economy as there have not been any new business units built in the Southampton region for many years and so we are expecting strong demand. Adanac North is particularly special being well located at Junction 1 of the M271.”

Dan Rawlings of Lambert Smith Hampton says “there is still an opportunity for potential tenants to have an input into the internal layout as the new units should be ready for occupation in May 2020.”

Harry Hutchinson of Oceanic Estates says “it is really exciting to see Phase 1 under construction and on the remainder of the site we can also offer bespoke buildings for larger occupiers designed to suit individual tenants’ requirements.”
