Success continues as Miller Court bags further business

The owner of Miller Court in Tewkesbury is celebrating the largest office letting to complete on the development in recent years.  It is the third letting to happen at the park this summer and demonstrates the success of the scheme.

Acting on behalf of Gladman Developments, Alder King let Unit 1 Miller Court to Freeman Technology on a new five year lease.

Unit 1 Miller Court is a 6,100 sq ft unit with 27 car parking spaces.  It is the second largest unit at the development, which can cater for requirements up to 10,070 sq ft.

Freeman Technology is a specialist company pioneering the measurement and understanding of powders and their flow properties. Founded in 1989, the company has a design and manufacturing centre in Worcestershire. 

Robert Holley, surveyor at Alder King said: “Freeman was searching for new premises to house all aspects of their business.  The premises had to be close to the motorway network and within commutable distance from their warehouse premises in Welland.  We are delighted that Miller Court matched their requirements and look forward to welcoming them to the development.

“This is the third letting to have completed at the scheme this year and a further unit is now under offer.”

Miller Court is a modern courtyard office development comprising of 20 units.  It is located off Severn Drive on Tewkesbury Business Park next to Junction 9 of the M5 and one mile from Tewkesbury town centre. 

Joint marketing agents Alder King and Nick Bevan Consulting are now marketing the remaining units at the development, which range in size from 1,035 sq ft to 10,070 sq ft and are available on a new lease.
