Avison Young has appointed Dan Kent as Principal and Rob Fraser as Director to join its retail team to build the firm’s retail capabilities and presence.
Dan and Rob have joined the team from Savills where Dan was Director of Retail and Rob looked after the Retail Worldwide Occupier Services team.
Dan has over 25 years’ experience in the retail property industry, focusing on retail agency, retail occupiers advisory, shopping centre leasing and advising investors. His role as Principal at Avison Young focuses on the growth of the retail business, while continuing to develop his long-standing client relationships. In recent years, Dan has advised large retailer clients on their retail assets across the UK and worldwide, including Walgreens Boots Alliance, Sainsburys Argos, Yorkshire Building Society, EE and Game Retail.
Rob has over 20 years’ experience in the retail industry and in recent years has worked with Dan focusing on occupier clients. Rob specialises in providing property solutions to occupiers, food stores and works closely with UK developers and investors.
