A major new development of starter units for small to medium businesses, The Swan Business Centre, is being constructed at expanding Warminster Business Park.
Nationwide Engineering Group is to develop 19 new units, ranging from 500 sq ft to 2,250 sq ft, at the strategically-located industrial park.
This follows Wiltshire-based Nationwide’s recent completion of a £10.5 million, 36-unit new business development at the Bluestone Centre on Amesbury’s giant 160-acre Solstice Park, which directly created 200 jobs.
Construction work at Warminster is now underway with the estimated completion date for the speculative development due in Spring 2020.
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has been instructed to market the Swan Business Centreunits off-plan on behalf of Nationwide.

Of the Swan Business Centre’s 19 units, two are 500 sq ft, four are 1000 sq ft, 11 are 1,500 sq ft and 2 are 2,250 sq ft. All units have mezzanine floors except the two 500 sq ft units.
The units will be arranged in three blocks off Stephens Way on the 0.53-hectare site and 64 parking spaces have been allocated. Purchasers are encouraged to make early enquiries.
Warminster Business Park is situated to the south west of the town centre with direct access to the Bath Road, putting it within striking distance of the strategic junction of the A36 bypass and A350 with an adjacent BP petrol filling station and a Travelodge hotel.
Occupiers on the business park include Screwfix (to be built), Dents, Travis Perkins, Howden Joinery, NH Case, G&T Packaging, Half Moon Bay and Wiltshire Council.
