Worcestershire commercial property agent wins top dealmaker award

A leading Worcestershire Commercial Property Consultant and Chartered Surveyor has been recognised as the county’s most active commercial property agent in a prestigious national competition.

Andrew Lewis, Associate Director at commercial property consultancy GJS Dillon, has been named ‘Deal Maker of the Year’ by the Estates Gazette, a national publication and leading industry title, after completing the highest number of commercial property transactions in the past 12 months in Worcestershire.

It is the fifth year running that a senior figure at GJS Dillon has won the coveted title as John Dillon, the consultancy’s Managing Director, has been named Deal Maker of the Year for Worcestershire for the past four years.

Mr Lewis, who heads up the consultancy’s Commercial Agency team said ‘I am delighted to be named as Deal Maker of the Year for Worcestershire.
