Knight Frank, the global real estate adviser, has expanded its National Offices team with the appointment of Edward Hoyle, Surveyor.

Edward first joined Knight Frank in its Commercial Brokerage team in South Africa, before relocating to London to join the Graduate Scheme in 2016.

In his new role, Edward will focus on Tenant Representation in the Greater London and South East office market.

With four years’ experience in commercial property, Edward has prior UK experience in Central London Tenant Representation, as well as National Capital Markets. He is experienced in new lease acquisitions, freehold acquisitions and disposals, lease transfers, lease renewals and sub-lets.

Edward will be working alongside Andrew Wood who heads the National Offices Tenant Representation team. Andrew was promoted to Partner earlier this year, after joining Knight Frank from JLL and CBRE.

Edward Hoyle, National Offices, comments: “This is an exciting time for the South East market as occupier attitudes place a greater focus on effective real estate solutions in response to the need to attract and retain the best staff. I am thoroughly looking forward to helping to grow our tenant rep capability across this market, during a transition period towards a more flexible and dynamic workplace.”

Emma Goodford, Head of National Offices, comments: “We have had a strategic focus on expanding our tenant representation capabilities to link with our central London Tenant Rep team and a wider emphasis on providing advice to global occupiers. Edward’s appointment strengthens our presence in this key market and allows a focus on the flexible office sector given occupiers’ increasing focus on core and flex style requirements.”
