Carter Jonas, the national property consultancy, has let a double unit at St Andrews Court in Huddersfield, Yorkshire, to Duftons Plumbing & Heating Supplies on behalf of a private landlord. The regional plumbing supplies company, which has eight outlets across Yorkshire, has taken approximately 6,200 sq ft (576 sq m) on a new ten-year lease at the quoting rent.
Situated on the busy Leeds Road, the space is spread across two units that offer contemporary industrial accommodation with additional office space and a large shared yard. The site is suitable for trade counter and light industrial uses, and there is potential for mezzanine installation.
