Knight Frank establishes Building Services team

Knight Frank has appointed Andy Tichopad to lead its newly established Building Services team.

Joining from Cushman and Wakefield, where he was Head of Technical Services, Andy will advise clients on technical due diligence, dilapidations and exit strategy advice, refurbishment, repair and maintenance projects, development monitoring, and approval and monitoring of tenant alterations.

Working alongside the firm’s Project & Building Consultancy team, the team will initially focus on the London and South East markets with plans to roll out nationally.

Andy’s career began at the Royal Engineers, managing the M&E service provider and delivering the Strategic Estate Development Plan for Gibraltar. Following this, he undertook initial trade training as a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer, prior to pursuing a career in technical engineering.

During his career, Andy has provided M&E consultancy services to a diverse range of clients, including Tesco Pension Fund, Aviva, National Grid, OVO Energy and Surrey County Council.
