Industrial developer and asset management company Chancerygate has announced the promotion of three people to help drive the business’s growth.

In Chancerygate’s London office, George Dickens has been promoted to development director and Tom Faulkner to development manager. In its Milton Keynes office, Shreeya Panchal has been promoted to senior financial analyst.

George joined Chancerygate in 2013 as a development manager and has more than 14 years’ experience in the industrial property sector. He has led successful projects in locations including Norwich, Ipswich, Harlow and Cheltenham. As development director, he will oversee the sourcing, appraisal, delivery and disposal of development opportunities.

Tom joined Chancerygate’s development team last year. He was recruited as an assistant development manager but quickly proved himself capable of leading development projects. Tom is currently involved in projects in Maidstone, Rochester and High Wycombe. Prior to joining Chancerygate, Tom was a development surveyor at Savills.

Shreeya works in Chancerygate’s Milton Keynes office providing financial, accounting, business planning and investment appraisals to assist the board with strategic decisions. In February 2016, she qualified as a certified chartered accountant and is now studying for an IPF diploma in property investment.

Commenting on the promotions, Chancerygate managing director, Richard Bains, said: “These promotions demonstrate the quality and capability of the team at Chancerygate. Our success is driven by our people, and it is very rewarding for us to see members of the team promoted. Congratulations to George, Tom and Shreeya.”

This financial year, Chancerygate aims to triple its completed developments compared with the previous year, targeting 1 million sq ft across 11 schemes.

Richard added: “We have an ambitious build schedule this year, and our plans to triple output are a clear signal of our intent to continue expanding. Investing in our development team will help us achieve this growth strategy and drive our continued success.”

Chancerygate is the UK’s largest multi-unit industrial developer and asset manager and the only one operating nationwide. Established in 1995, the company has offices in London, Birmingham, Warrington and Milton Keynes.
