An industrial/warehouse unit in Sugarbrook Road, Bromsgrove has been sold by Worcestershire commercial property consultancy GJS Dillon.

Charlie Green, commercial negotiator at GJS Dillon sold the 2,820 sq ft warehouse on the popular Aston Fields Industrial Estate in Sugarbrook Road, Bromsgrove B60 3DN.

The size of the property falls within the Bromsgrove ‘sweet spot’ of 2,000 to 5,000 sq ft. With Bromsgrove having the highest number of small to medium-sized businesses in the country, units of this size are in high demand.
