Canal & River Trust, advised jointly by Savills and Barker Storey Matthews, has let Unit 5 on Titan Drive in Peterborough to Shoplight Limited.
The lighting solutions specialist for retailers has agreed to a new 10-year lease for trade counter space totalling 5,245 sq ft (487 sq m).
Edward Gee, associate director in the business space team at Savills Peterborough, comments: “The trade counter unit on Titan Drive is prominently located on Fengate, one of Peterborough’s premier trade / industrial locations making it the ideal place for Shoplight to operate its business.”
