SO FX to relocate to Roman Landing as business continues to grow

Following a comprehensive refurbishment programme at Roman Landing, CBRE, on behalf of a private landlord, has let 2,770 sq ft on the second floor to SO FX, the UK’s leading Forex education provider.

SO FX is currently based in Cumberland Place in the city centre and has seen substantial business growth in the last year. As a result the company is relocating its HQ to Roman Landing in the coming weeks.

Only two floors – ground and first – are now available offering 2,664 sq ft and 2,770 sq ft respectively, both with a quoting rent of £15 per sq. ft.

Commenting on the transaction, CBRE Advisory & Transaction Services Associate Director Emma Lockey said: “Roman Landing has benefitted from a complete refurbishment and occupier interest has grown in this well-located building on the edge of the city centre.

“Securing an existing Southampton based company is good news for the local economy and we look forward to seeing the remaining floors occupied.”
