The latest letting at Tower House in the heart of Bristol’s commercial district has achieved headline rents for the building.

The 925 sq ft suite in Fairfax Street was let to Reflex Marine following a deal brokered by global real estate advisor Colliers International.

Alfie Passingham, senior surveyor in the National Offices team in the firm’s Bristol office, said contemporary, newly refurbished space at Tower House would help to ease the chronic shortage of quality accommodation in the city.

He said: “The 14-storey building has been re-configured to meet the needs of demanding businesses which expect a full range of sustainable features such as shower facilities and secure bicycle parking.

“Our client has exciting plans for further refurbishments across 39,355 sq ft of newly available space in the building and to install a brand new shower block.

“Units of various size are available now or coming on stream until March 2020.”

Tower House offers a newly refurbished reception area and on-site commissionaire, refurbished WCs on every floor, two passenger lifts and new air conditioning.

The flexible suites range from the 3,560 sq ft unit available now on the third floor to 2,000-4,075 sq ft units available from September onwards.
