High quality refurbishment attracts new occupiers to CIT’s 12 Arthur Street

Double letting at CIT’s newly refurbished contemporary City office building,12 Arthur Street, EC4.

Broadridge Financial Solutions, the leading provider of investor communications, technology-driven solutions, data and analytics to the financial industry, has agreed a lease on the 9,845 sq ft second floor. In addition, multinational IT and outsourcing company, Mindtree will occupy the 10,204 sq ft fifth floor.

CIT is undertaking a comprehensive refurbishment of the entire building. The second and fifth floors were released as part of the first phase of the scheme, which includes a newly remodelled reception lobby, new Cat A specification with all new M&E services, and state of the art bicycle parking and shower facilities, designed by award-winning Morrow + Lorraine Architects. The refurbishment is scheduled for completion at the beginning of 2020.
