Cushman & Wakefield appoints new Partner to the Programme Management Office

Chris Lawrence, a Partner in Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services EMEA team.

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Chris Lawrence as a Partner within the firm’s Global Occupier Services EMEA team to drive growth in its Programme Management Office (PMO) service.

The PMO provides a single point of contact for occupier and investor clients for the management of multiple projects and service lines.

An experienced operational and property manager, with over 20 years’ experience in the sector, Lawrence joins Cushman & Wakefield from property and programme management firm ThreeThirtyFour, where he focused on office fit outs and move management. Prior to this role, Lawrence was Head of Property at international healthcare group Bupa for more than 10 years, leading a large team of building surveyors, facilities managers and maintenance operatives, servicing a complex national property portfolio.
