Worcestershire commercial property consultancy GJS Dillon has expanded with the appointment of a new Director of Asset Management.

Adam Jones joins the Chartered Surveyors practice, which has offices in Worcester, Bromsgrove and Droitwich, from a small privately-owned property company in the West Midlands. At GJS Dillon he will work closely with Managing Director John Dillon and Property Manager Michelle Whitehead to grow its property and asset management department.

A former pupil of Bromsgrove School, Mr Jones is a Chartered Surveyor with 16 years’ experience in a wide range of property and asset management roles. He started his career at Drivers Jonas in London and Birmingham, before moving to an-house role as management surveyor for a property company based in Halesowen.

Mr Dillon says: “We have been steadily increasing the number and value of properties under our management, but Adam’s appointment will allow us to take on more management instructions throughout Worcestershire, and provide an increased value-added service for our management clients. As a fellow former pupil of Bromsgrove School and through his day-to-day property work, Adam already knows the area very well.

Mr Jones says: “I am delighted to join Worcestershire’s premier commercial property agency and I am very much looking forward to working with John and Michelle to grow the property and asset management department.”

GJS Dillon presently manages more than 80 office, retail and industrial properties and developments, with a combined area in excess of 250,000 sq ft across Worcestershire and the wider West Midlands.
