Acting on behalf of a private investor, Les Balla, Senior Director in KWB’s Property & Asset Management Department, let 409 – 411 Birmingham Road, Sutton Coldfield, B72 1AU, to Iconic Designer Menswear at an annual rent of £35,000.
A designer clothes store selling major brands in-store and on-line, Iconic is relocating from nearby premises in Birmingham Road to a larger retail unit at 409 – 411.
Mr Balla says: “Birmingham Road is busy retail area with many independent shops, so we are delighted to have helped to retain Iconic. There is still one retail unit available in the vicinity at 407 Birmingham Road, if businesses want to be part of this vibrant location.”
