Cushman & Wakefield announces Birmingham promotions

Leading property services firm, Cushman & Wakefield has announced twelve promotions at its Birmingham Office, including four new Partners.

Andrew Berry (Office Agency), Hannah Jones (Global Occupier Services), Joanna Raine (Valuation & Advisory), Adrian Vickers (Project & Development Services) have all been promoted to Partner.

Andrew Broome (Valuation & Advisory), Alexander Crawshaw and Rui Gomes (both Facilities Management) have been promoted to Associate whilst Will Arnold (Logistics & Industrial), Andrew Reid and James Sinclair (both Facilities Management), Ryan Vowles (IT) and Nicholas Worthington (Project & Development Services) are now all Senior Surveyor level.

Across the UK 127 promotions were made across a range of markets, skill lines and functions. This figure includes 6 promoted to International Partner; 38 to Partner; 36 to Associate/Associate Director; 42 to Senior Surveyor; and 5 to Surveyor.
