On behalf of a private landlord, Allied Surveyors Scotland has confirmed the letting of 32 Annandale Street Lane in Edinburgh to the clothing charity, Smart Works.
The company, which has offices in London and Manchester and counts HRH The Duchess of Sussex as its Royal Patron, provides high quality interview clothing and interview techniques to unemployed women in need.
Smart Works has agreed a new 3-year lease at £14,000 per annum on the 1,200 sq ft office which was on the market for less than 2 weeks.
“The speed with which we successfully let this property for the landlord underlines not only demand for offices in Edinburgh but also Leith as a destination for businesses,” said Allied Surveyor’s director of commercial agency (east), Iain Mercer.
The tenant was unrepresented in the transaction.
