Full occupancy secured at Kingsmark Court in Leeds

On behalf of Georgetown Carr Ltd., Ryden has completed the lettings of Unit 2 and Unit 3, Kingsmark Court, Intercity Way in Leeds, bringing the property to fully let status. Software engineering company SoftOffice has taken over the 4,591 sq ft Unit 2, whilst international freight business Freight Fusion is the new occupier of the 4,697 sq ft Unit 3.

Kingsmark Court offers newly refurbished accommodation located off of Intercity Way, approximately 3 miles west and 6 miles east of Leeds and Bradford City Centre’s respectively. The premises comprise a modern terrace of single-storey industrial units of steel portal frame construction.
