Bob Tattrie, Managing Partner for Trebor Developments, commented on behalf of the partners “Finding ways of unlocking Brownfield sites in order to generate employment opportunities is what Trebor is best at and this is an example of working with partners, to assemble proposals which will bring forward mid box, industrial, speculative units of a high quality, on competitive terms which we believe will be very attractive to regional/local occupiers. We look forward to working closely with our partners to deliver this exciting scheme”.
