Ozone Coffee acquires Hackney premises for expansion

A private client, advised by niche City fringe specialist Belchak Corin & Co., has agreed a leading letting with Ozone Coffee, represented by Dibley Property, for a new roaster premises on Pritchard’s Road, Hackney, London E2.

Ozone Coffee has signed a 15 year lease on the prominent 11,800 sq ft warehouse building which will be used for roasting and distributing coffee, plus offices and ancillary coffee shop. The property is located near the junction with Hackney Road and is close to Broadway Market and Columbia Road Flower Market, surrounded by a number of notable occupiers such as Aesop, Franco Manca, E5 Bakehouse and Patty & Bun.

Ozone Coffee started life as a coffee company in New Zealand in 1998 and opened its first London roastery, coffee bar and eatery at 11 Leonard Street, Shoreditch.
