Innes England expands with three new staff

East Midlands commercial property consultancy Innes England has made three new appointments.

Hannah Vassey joins as Management Accountant, having recently moved to the East Midlands from Kent. Hannah started her career in practice and has clocked up over 10 years’ experience, working for national and regional companies, including Saga. She is now in her final year of studying for her Chartered Certified Accountant qualification.

She said: ‘Innes England’s company values stood out for me as a place I wanted to work and could grow professionally.

‘I’m really looking to add value to the accounting department and the company as a whole and not just do the numbers.’

Innes England, which has offices in Nottingham, Derby and Leicester, continues to expand as part of an ambitious strategy for growth.

Andy Graham will work across the region in his new role as Associate Director within the Building Consultancy team. He has over 10 years’ experience as a building surveyor and has previously worked for The Vinden Partnership and Derwent Living. Andy has a particular interest Party Wall Advice, giving Expert Witness evidence and report writing on defects, disrepair and poor workmanship.

He said: ‘I made the move to Innes England because of their outstanding reputation in the East Midlands. It’s an exciting opportunity to further my career alongside such a knowledgeable and dynamic team.’

Lucy Adams has joined the Management team as a Property Administrator, based in Derby.

She said: ‘Everyone has been very friendly and welcoming. I’m looking forward to the challenge of a new role and to expanding my knowledge of the property industry.’
