Airport Director joins CBRE Manchester

Adam White, Senior Director, Development Consultancy team, CBRE Manchester.

CBRE’s Manchester office has appointed Adam White as Senior Director within its Development Consultancy team. Adam joins CBRE from MAG Property, where he was Director of Commercial and Business Development across MAG’s £640m property portfolio at Manchester, London Stansted and East Midlands airports.

Adam brings extensive expertise to CBRE across large scale projects, including a lead role on the £1 billion, 5 million sq ft Airport City scheme, delivering a record-breaking 45-acre logistics land sale, whilst building a contracted pipeline of 1,500 hotel bedrooms and the largest office deal outside of London in the last 20 years to The Hut Group. Prior to working on Airport City, Adam played a key role in kick starting many of Manchester’s largest mixed-use developments, including Mayfield, NOMA and ITV Granada as well as leading on the disposal of the 400-acre Alderley Park R&D campus

In his new role at CBRE, Adam will oversee a number of major projects, providing agency, development consultancy and management services to strategic landowners, investors, developers and the public sector across the North West.
