Trebor Developments have selected MCS Group Limited as the main contractor to construct a 78,458 sq ft (7,289 sq m) quality, speculative, industrial unit on the prominent site located less than 2.50 miles from Junction 31 of the M1, near Rotherham, following the site purchase completion.
Work on site will commence in May for completion in Quarter 4, 2019. The building will be suitable for logistics/distribution or manufacturing uses, built to high quality, sustainable, standards.
