International IT consultancy chooses Leeds’s Greek Street

Epsilon Real Estate Partners, advised by global real estate advisors Colliers International, has let 12 Greek Street in Leeds to international IT consultancy Netcompany.

The 2,723 sq ft office space has been let on a five-year lease at a confidential rent.

Other notable occupiers in the building include Christie & Co.; First Intuition; Troup Bywaters + Anders; and ESCS Group. Greek Street, which has been earmarked for further transformation and redevelopment, will soon become fully pedestrianised and repaved as part of Leeds Council’s ‘Our Spaces Strategy’.
