Chiswick Park becomes first campus in Europe to be Wired Certified

Chiswick Park, the business campus located in West London, has become Europe’s first campus to be Wired Certified. The 1.8 million sq ft business park has achieved Gold Certification in all of its buildings, scoring a top-rated platinum for its newest building, Building 7.

Wired Certification is the global rating scheme for digital connectivity in commercial real estate delivered by WiredScore. It provides tenants with an independent, trusted benchmark and the necessary insights for landlords and developers to improve and future-proof their buildings’ digital connectivity standards.

In 2018, Chiswick Park undertook improvements to the digital infrastructure of all 12 of its buildings in order to achieve the WiredScore accreditation. The campus hosts a business community made-up of more than 9,000 people and is home to the headquarters of 43 companies.

Matt Coulson, CEO Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work said:

“To be the first campus in Europe to reach Wired Certified Gold and above across all 12 buildings underlines our ongoing commitment to provide occupiers with the highest digital connectivity offering. By actively managing our assets 9,016 people across 12 buildings currently benefit from a best in class digital infrastructure, which is a fantastic achievement. In addition to our smart building management system, we help create and maintain a safer, more secure, productive and comfortable environment.
