Pulse marks ten years of growth with a fresh new brand

The Pulse team

Leading multi-disciplinary property consultancy firm, Pulse, has revealed an exciting rebrand to reflect the on-going expansion of the business across the UK.

Following the recent opening of Pulse’s Birmingham and Leicester offices, the new look brings the brand in line with the company’s ambitious national growth plans.

The rebrand includes a refreshed set of values, vision, and positioning which has seen Pulse lose the ‘Associates’ element of its original name.

James Peake, director at Pulse, has played an influential role in developing the new brand. He said: “The strength of our people is what defines Pulse – we now have a distinct personality to take us forward. We’re looking to grow the business sustainability over the next five years, whilst maintaining the quality of our core services. This new brand articulates exactly who we are, how we do things and where we want to be. This is crucial if we’re going to continue expanding at the current rate whilst ensuring our messages remain consistent and the Pulse culture is embedded throughout the business.”

Ian Carey, director, added: “This is a very exciting time for our entire team. Pulse is soon to reach 10 years and we felt that the previous brand was becoming outdated and didn’t reflect the sophisticated nature of our business.

“Our expertise and solutions-driven focus is what sets us apart from competitors. The new brand is a building block to our growth, and we feel this will truly communicate how we add clarity to many complex processes and projects that clients within the construction industry face every day. After all, that’s what we do, it’s the quality of our people and client relationships that makes sure we provide first class service delivery.

“Once again this year, we’ll have a strong presence at MIPIM – the world’s leading property event – and we’re proud to take our new brand and vision to showcase Pulse and our key construction projects on a global stage.”

Established in 2009, Pulse has further offices in Nottingham and London offering a personable and professional service to its clients across a range of sectors including education, the arts, tourism and leisure and residential.
